As the main body of park construction, operation and management, it is established under the partnership of CUMT, Quan Shan Borough of Xu Zhou and Xu Zhou Urban Construction Investment Corporation. Ge Shirong, president of CUMT, is chairman of the board. Its priority is park’s development, operation, management and service. The company’s major units are General Affairs Office, Construction Division, Project Incubation Division, Education & Training Division, Investment Division, and Career Guidance Center for Graduates.
     The 1st phrase incubation park covers an area of 120 mu with a floor space of 120,000 square meters. The 2nd phrase park is on the agenda.
