Mayor of oldenburg in Germany and General Manager of CUMT University Science Park hold a talk
On November 9th , 2007, Fu-Sheng Zhang, general manager of CNUSP held a talk with Gerd Schwandner, German Oldenburg City Mayor in XiAn.The two sides discussed in building of the National University of Science and Technology Parks and further cooperation .At last ,both sides reached the agreement to cooperate in the construction and management of science and technology park area, the exchange of information area, and the products transformation area .
