On February 28th, 2008 ,9:00 am, the opening ceremony of the State Information Center Software Testing and R & D Base held at the Tong Chuang Xin Zuo Building in CUMT National University Science park. Li li, leader of the State Information Center Software Testing and R & D Base, Luo Cheng Xuan , secretary of CPC Party committee of CUMT, Duan Xiong, deputy mayor of Xuzhou, Wang Zhihua , assistant deputy secretary-general, and Dong Feng, Quanshan party secretary ,etc attended the opening ceremony.
